I haven't been able to collect Artifacts atleast in the maps Hue of Redstone and It's Better Together

There is currently a 2nd wave of artifacts being prepared for release. Some that you see laying around are not yet scripted, hence why they can’t be collected atm.
My advice is just write these ones down and revisit them when the new batch is done!
For the full list of ones able to be collected, use the Missing Trivia List in the Artifact section of spawn. That’ll show you what maps have artifacts involved in the 1st wave.
