TIME'S UP!

Thank you all for participating in
BRING ME!

Natcrackers and I had a wonderful time hosting and we are so happy to see how many people participated. There were over 400 images sent! We hope it was enjoyable and we'll be back for round 3 sometime! But before then, I'd like to present:

The Bring Me Award Show!!!

Since this was a non-competitive event, I think it's important to highlight the most fun and creative submissions, as well as some stats from the event!

The Criteria with the Most Submissions:
#2: finding an admin! I'm honoured, truly.

The Criteria with the Least Submissions:
#19: nautilus shell/heart of the sea! This was the most challenging one, so I love how creative everyone was!

The "The Map That Has Everything" Award:
Tropical Excursion was the map submitted the most times, being submitted in 5 categories! It IS summer vacation, I guess!

The "Paparazzi" Award:
Which admin was screenshotted the most? It's a tie: Bananbulle and wavelyte were both captured 5 times! Don't know if this means we're cool or if it means we've just done a lot of work...

The "It's Me and My Maps Against the World" Award:
Anrein submitted her own maps the most, totalling 5 screenshots of her own maps! Wow, self-absorbed much.... Or maybe just a prolific creator!

The "Technically Correct" Award:
This goes to Anrein for submitting "bedlam" as a map with a bed in it. Okay, I GUESS.
11347

The "Work Smarter, Not Harder" Award:
rmanimal proved a map had more than one mob in it using subtitles. And corrected me in the process. What can I say, I laughed.
11348

The "Work Harder, Not Smarter" Award:
This goes to AshSM for playing through MOST of Bowser's Airship. Girl, that's a black parkour map. Geez.
11349

The "Dedicated" Award:
To Visuumii, for playing through ALL of Olympus for the Nautilus Shell. Gotta do what you gotta do.
11350

The "Made Me Laugh" Award:
This goes to jpliketaco and Naethaeniel for their submission of Elusion: Remastered as Scionozion's third map. The guy didn't even WORK on that map!
11344

This ALSO goes to
sakapaka1 for submitting lookout as a map with pixel art on the outside. Something about the image is just so comical. OWO
11345

The "Minr Veteran" Award:
To lendtils, emmdrews, and kittycatelite for submitting wolly mammoth for #17. This is THE joke map, and I love it. You guys know what's up.
11346

To
Visuumii, for the iconic and infamous fountain room in The Big Egyptian.
11351

To
jasmine476 and Rilaxkuma, for using Chillers' Door Maze for... ladders? Wow, I would never have thought of that!
11352

The "Gaming the System" Award:
To Pawrito and ambero for submitting.. Pride 2021: Sakura???? I had to make sure this was in FFA and wow, it is. It almost feels cheaty. Well done.
11353

The "Why Didn't I Think Of That" Award:
Visuumii posted a screenshot of birds in my own map that I totally forgot were there. I'm impressed.
11354

And of course, congrats to everyone who completed either the first 10 criteria, or all of them!
jasmine476/Rilaxkuma, BoggledToggo, deekoei, rmanimal, Gigibee28, jpliketaco/Naethaeniel, sakapaka1, SteelChair
kittycatelite/emmdrews/lendtils, andrewforreal, Pawrito/ambero, Marrimars, msaadm/Bananbulle, Bahnarli, Anrein, Lennerd07, Visuumii

Finally, I'd like to share my personal list of favourite maps that fit the criteria. Essentially, what I would have done had I been participating in the event. If we have any in common, you get an extra bonus cool point from me!
1: Bowser's Airship (it's plot-relevant!)
2: relikviya (there are so many admins in this map, but I am specifically thinking of Hex who offers you tea. There's also an admin you can reach should you complete the triple neo in the glass maze.)
3: Vil Bo (one of my fav maps and the fountain is a centrepiece.)
4: Blight
5: Axiom
6: Ghidora Manor
7: Minas Tirith (kaddekes, an iconic creator. How could I not!)
8: Yokai (there are 6 colours of concrete here, I checked.)
9: Breaking Free 2
10: Invictus
11: Sitting Duck (of course)
12: Sra (a classic)
13: Aquarium (Yes. It has food.)
14: Grid Hopper
15: Black Lodge
16: Turning Point
17: Invictus 2 (IYKYK)
18: Thrice (obvious choice)
19: Frozen in Time (I knew this had nautilus shells in it, obviously!)
20: wolly mammoth (The classic.)
21: Chillers' Door Maze (This map is right next to x!)
22: Favela
23: City Spawn Head Hunt (Just wanted this in the list cuz I love it)
24: Wave's Caves
25: Kino Horror

I couldn't include every submission I wanted to in the awards. There are far too many and it's difficult to check everything thoroughly, so I'm certain I missed some highlights of the event. Just because I didn't post it doesn't mean you didn't do great! I loved looking at all the submissions as they came in, and got a laugh out of a good number of them. I genuinely hope the event was as much for you guys as it was for me and Nat to host. Thank you all for playing, and see you next time!

Nat will be posting her faves/honourable mentions shortly. Enjoy! <3

Thank you all for a fun (and stressful) weekend especially to everyone who participated and tried their very best to complete all the criteria sets! We hope you had fun finding maps and playing through them to get your submissions.

With that, I would like to do some SPECIAL MENTIONS to some of my personal favorites!

1. BoggledToggo with The Great Race 3 for Criteria 9 (We don't talk about how he apparently went on the wrong side the first time).
11356

2. BAHNARLI with Path of Choices for Criteria 6 (Ouch! That screenshot must've hurt to take)
11357

3. Lennerd07 with 4 Corners Dojo for Criteria 4 (Work smarter, not harder they say)
11358

4. Marrimars with Wave's Caves for Criteria 18 (RNG god)
11360

5. Anrein with Aqua City for Criteria 19 (The inspiration behind the criteria + for giving me a free Minr Trading Card screenie oops)
11362

And to everyone else, congratulations! That's it from wavelyte and I. We hope to host more of these in the future!

- FEEDBACK -
Since this is our first time hosting the event, we want to gather feedback on how it went and what to improve on for the future! This is completely optional but we would appreciate it if you answered: https://forms.gle/vnGDn9XPTHvT6nfm6 <3
