Unprotected Areas on Jko-op

I accidentally broke a torch in the area just after the code room in jko-op, and after breaking and replacing torches I think that the whole area is unprotected. I was getting mad lag but I relogged and the hole I made was still there so I presume it wasn't lag related. Might be worth a mod/admin checking. (Picture shows a hole I made, even though that doesn't really prove anything..)

Whoops, that must've been me.
The pistons stopped working in the area because of overlapping regions (pistons cannot push into other regions), and so I (thought I) expanded the region. Apparently this brought this issue with it. Will fix it as soon as I have time :)
