Here you can crouch under a 1.5-block-tall gap to take an unintended route through the maze. It's a very small maze and the route is hardly any faster than the intended route, but I thought I'd be thorough.
And this isn't 1.14 related, but there's quite a few pressure plates meant to close doors behind you that can be skipped easily. The plate at 1809 71 1940 can easily be jumped over, as can the one at 1809 72 1913. The plate at 1795 72 1930 can be avoided completely, because the button inside the house can be pressed right from the entrance. Duckle's time on this map definitely has setups involving these.
In addition to that, pretty much every single door that needs to be opened never closes once opened unless you press the pressure plate after the door, which allows for almost all of the map to be setup. Given that we want maps to be setup-free, all these doors will need reset plates or scripts in the entrances of the rooms.
