Im not sure if this is a skip but you can glitch out of the water trail in old level 2 while keeping your speed(and if you are spamming spacebar) if you dont hit any glass blocks.

This looks like a speedrunner skip, the only thing that it skips is the water section which has been basically pointless ever since the swimming update. The creator of this map does not log on any more either, so we can't ask them to decide what to do. However, I suppose we could ask the top times' runners to see if they use this? In my opinion, it should be kept as is regardless, but maybe I'm alone on this.

Known speedrunner skip, I used it for #4 so I assume top 3 does too

As it's already used as a speedrunner skip, I'm going to lock this thread (I also just saw a thread in 2019 that talked about the same exact skip, oops)
