At the throne section, there are stairs on the sides of the hallway which used to be inaccessible because of how crouching worked pre-1.14, but now that you can crouch down to 1.5 blocks, almost the entire section can be skipped by going to the second log and crouching up the stairs behind, which just gives a few jumps to the exit. (This account is owned by LanIsGone, but my other acc on this website was banned)

You could always do this skip by neoing around so the speedrun times probably use it, it's just easier now.

It's just that literally all you have to do now is crouch jump up the thing, then do 2 1 block jumps to the exit. It doesn't take any skill to go up it, all it takes is just jumping up it.
