Old level 2 times.

As i've shown Yeroc and several others, the old level 2 time isn't possible anymore, and here's why.
The skip used, or the glass tunnel skip, allows you to swim under the glass, and use the glass to use HH boost underneath it. Unfortunately you can't do that anymore due to the fact it's impossible to go fast underneath 1x1 areas, as it was in 1.13. All of the top times use these, and I think it'd be good to wipe the times so the run is actually possible.

If you don't understand, I'll attempt to show you what I mean in game.

I'm not sure how it was faster in 1.13 since I managed to go from 3rd to 1st in 1.14.
