Ok obviously there has been a new update and it's broken a few things.
The dreaded minecraft username changes.
Our regions and permissions still run off player names. That means that if you change your name it will break any link that you had with the server. It is fixable, but only by manual means at the moment. If greens everywhere decided to change their names we would be inundated with requests. So we formally ask that if you are a long term and active player of Zero that you do not change your name until a necessary update has been released on Zero.
We cannot be held liable for any changes or losses that will occur on your account due to your name change. Some players have failed to use /checkpoint convert which converts checkpoints to that players UUID. This means that because they changed their name without consulting us first they have lost their maze points for good and will start back at 0.
We ask all players to run this command regardless of if they are changing their name or not: /checkpoint convert
For those of you that insist that your name must be changed or have already changed your name you can fill out a form here but please read all instructions carefully. I'd like to reiterate that we will not treat this as a priority as it is time consuming and inconvenient for ops.
