Searched the remainder of the map and this was the last skip I was able to find. It's the biggest by far, though, since it skips several sections. It may be possible to skip the cafe and go straight to the tower, but I couldn't quickly find a way to do it and didn't feel like rebuilding the area in singleplayer.
